This exhibition on “Citizen TALES Commons” was an integral part of the main exhibition, “Re-Imagining Civic Engagement Civic Media: Art & Practice (CMAP) at Emerson College Media Art Gallery in Boston in the first week of September, 2019. “CMAP” is a 12 month applied research Masters program whose graduate program director is Paul Mihailidis and aims to promote new research studied on participatory design methodologies and partnership between academic studies and organizations in relevant fields. This exhibition displayed the final prototypes of projects from the 2018-1019 academic year, and the third master thesis by Dr. Vassiliki Rapti on “Citizen TALES Commons” was one of those inspiring projects.
