"The Society of Architectural Historians, Historic Interiors Affiliate Group" First and Online Meeting!
Thanks “Society
of Architectural Historians, Historic Interiors Affiliate Group”, Paula Lupkin
(The University of North Texas), Anca I. Lasc (Pratt Institute) and all
participants of this online meeting today. (https://sahhistoricinteriorsaffiliategroup.sah.hcommons.org,
last accessed on 2.26.2021). No doubt, this lockdown process has clearly revealed
why we should (re)consider (historic) interior space as a subject of new
research studies, in (existing) architecture curriculum, pedagogy, and in scholarly/architectural discussions, and why
we should (re)establish fresh dialogues among design relevant fields with our “current
spatial/interior space experiences”. Trained as “an architect”, I am so pleased
to be a member of “Society of Architectural Historians, Historic Interiors
Affiliate Group”.
